How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Release Information

All movement, breathing or meditation programs involve a risk of injury, and by choosing to participate in evoli movements courses you voluntarily assume a certain risk of injury to your body, emotional state and mental health. To reduce your risks of injury, please abide by the following guidelines and communicate to your instructor if you have any concerns:

– Do not force or strain any of the postures, breathing or meditation practices.
– Follow instructions carefully and ask for modifications or resources if you require them.
– Listen to your body and mind and respond to its needs at all times, even if that means coming out of a posture earlier than the group, or modifying the posture to meet your needs. This also may require you not to do a certain practice. Please be safe at all times.
– Breathe fully, evenly and smoothly throughout each posture and check-in to each practice to see if it is right for you and your traumas.
– Those with injuries or health issues should speak to the instructor first before starting the courses.
– All participants who are doing the private courses or the personalized private program must fill out an intake questionnaire before class.

By accepting you assume all risk of injury that may occur as a student of evoli Movement, both while participating in online classes and practicing in-person. You release and discharge evoli Movement and any instructor working for evoli Movement from any and all claims, demands and actions unanticipated, known or unknown, that may result from your participation in courses or practice of movement, breathing or meditation outside of class.

I understand that the practices include physical movements as well as an opportunity for relations, stress reduction and relief of muscular tensions. As is the case with any physical activity, there is a risk of injury. I will listen to my body, adjust the posture, breathe smoothly and ask for support from the instructor.

If at any time you feel unsafe or uncomfortable or triggered in anyway please communicate with evoli Movement and your instructor so that you evoli Movement can provide you with the support and help that you need.
