In this 90 minute class, we will play with practices that will assist the practitioner to self-regulate, ground & balance. You will be invited to practice gentle movements, breath, and guided visualization. The environment will offer you open choices, safety, and comfort. It is ideal for anyone experiencing stress such as mental or emotional, trauma or physical difficulties. The practice is available to everyone and will allow you space to be in your own experience with support. Jayne is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor and certified trauma-informed yoga specialist.
